I work with ambitious leaders in SMEs—often CEOs or MDs who’ve moved from big corporate roles or acquired a business through ETA. My clients want to grow fast, strengthen performance, and make smarter decisions without wasting time on fluff.

Do you only work with UK-based businesses?

No. While many of my clients are based in the UK, I work remotely with businesses across Europe and beyond. I’m based in Italy and work across time zones with no problem.

How do I know which support level is right for me?

Can I cancel my subscription if I need to?

Yes. The DIY and Growth Accelerator plans are pay-as-you-go monthly options. You can cancel anytime. For the in-person strategy events, I require people to sign up 3-months in advance so I have sufficient lead time to plan logistics. Only current members can attend the in-person events.

What kind of results do people get?

Do you offer bespoke consulting projects?

Only through the Elite Growth Partner option. This gives you access to my time and, if needed, a small network of trusted fractional experts. I don’t offer traditional, big-team consulting projects—what I do is leaner, faster, and built for execution.
