I'm Lizzy Arnold, an award-winning Change and Transformation Leader with a rich and varied background in consulting.

With over two decades of hands-on experience transforming individuals and all kinds of organisations, I've had the privilege of working with fantastic people and learning first-hand what really makes change stick.

In parallel with my career, I have been conducting personal experiments to explore how an everyday person, like me, can achieve high performance.

I have set myself many challenges, starting at zero and trying different approaches, firstly to become competent and then take my performance to a higher level.

I love physical challenges so sports are always in the mix. Some highlights have been running the London marathon, becoming a black belt in kickboxing and scuba diving around the world in all kinds of conditions. I have also written a book, and at the end of 2019 I relocated to Italy, embracing a new culture, language and lifestyle. My latest challenge is calisthenics, I’m having a lot of fun learning how to do handstands and holds!

I love researching performance techniques from a range of fields, from sports to logistics, entertainment, business, and education.

I blend these three elements—professional experience, personal experimentation, and continuous research—in my approach to high performance.

This unique combination allows me to offer fresh perspectives and practical solutions that are simple, effective and sustainable.
